Region: Willamette Valley, Oregon | Varietal: Pinot Gris | Tasting Notes: An excellent Pinot Gris with beautiful aromas and flavors of pears, wet stone, honey, minerals, and stone fruit, with a silky and rich mouthfeel. Subtle, round, balanced, dry and crisp. A good companion to scallops, salads and greens. Gets its name from the mushrooms that grow on and around the vineyard.
Rosé
Region: Mourvèdre / Cinsault | Varietal: Bandol Provence, France | Tasting Notes: Sublimely crisp rosé. Based on Mourvèdre, with splashes of Cinsault, Grenache, and Carignan, it features subtle citrus, stone fruit, flowers, and herbs on the nose. The palate shows an uncommon equilibrium of ripeness and elegant acidity. Its color is brilliant and slightly salmon colored.
Region: Montepulciano | Varietal: Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo, Italy | Tasting Notes: Cerasuolo means ‘cherry-like” in Italian, which shows by the deep color on this Rosé. An herbaceous Rosé, with tangy acidity and flavors of wild strawberry, blood orange and stone.
Reds
Region: South Australia | Varietal: Mourvèdre | Medium red with a bright purple hue. Aromas of brambly blueberry and black cherry, dried herbs and earth. Sarsaparilla and forest fruits on the palate backed by very soft and fully ripe tannins.
Region: Morgon, France | Varietal: Gamay | The nose is elegant and alluring with notes of berries as well as plenty of earth and minerality. The wine is rich and structured with ample bright, crushed berry fruit on the palate leading to a firm, well-structured finish.
Region: Rhone Valley, France | Varietal: Cotes du Rhone Red Blend | This wine is fruity with plenty of finesse, presenting a round and elegant profile that makes it a real pleasure to drink. It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with red meat, poultry, or a charcuterie board. This Burgundy will delight your palate with its aromas of red fruit and its refined finesse. For the best experience, serve the wine at a temperature of around 60F.
